The specials: http://twitpic.com/2aggnt
Dim sum with the family. Pretty tasty, I’d say.
@Qwertz0 They were a Mac OS X development company back when it was called NeXT.
@peterbromberg I interviewed a guy this week who worked at a major airline and their sites rely on XSLT. I thought the same thing as you.
Yay for unintended consequences: http://www.coyoteblog.co…
@acetuk I have an iPad WiFi and no WiFi at work so using it at work means that my iPhone and Mac (at work) are out of sync.
But that Forecast view in OmniFocus for the iPad looks really sweet. I hope they migrate it to the iPhone and Mac versions.
OmniFocus for the iPad looks great and I’d buy it in a second if I didn’t have an iPhone.
I won’t be buying OmniFocus for the iPad. a) $40, b) I already have a ubiquitous GTD capture with OF for my iPhone, c) can’t sync off WiFi.
MAN, could WCF on .NET 4 make REST any EASIER?
Yay, it’s time for my quarterly password change-induced lockout at work. It’s enough to make a guy want to drop off the domain.
VFF is Affliction for the nerd set.
Nice idea, but anything Russell Pearce, Tom Horne, and Andy Thomas can sign to support individual rights is meaningless: http://go.me/auh2o
iPhone 4 came in to Apple Store today so now my kids have a dedicated Skee-Ball console. (Reserved on Friday, arrived on Sunday. YMMV.)
Remember “twoosh?” How stupid was that!
Placed my order for an iPhone 4 today. (Wife actually called throughout AZ, CA, and NV to find one in stock to surprise me with a roadtrip!)
@allroses Ethiopian? Blue Nile Cafe. Burger? The Chuck Box on University. More conventional? Anything on Mill.
So here’s the result of that video shoot I did a few weeks ago: http://www.youtube.com/w…
@dclevitt Heh, that’s what the tip of your shoe is for! Safety plus fun.
Ahh, the simple pleasures of mushroom kicking. <— That’s not a euphemism for anything.
How was I so out of touch that I presumed I could walk into an Apple Store and actually walk out with an iPhone 4. I’m now on a list. Yay.
Yep, that’s all I needed to hear. iPhone 4 purchase T-1 hour and counting: http://go.me/DC
I just saw the final version of the promotional video I was in and it looks fantastic. Go Daddy Productions did an outstanding job!
It’s hard to take this seriously when it’s predominantly set in Comic Sans: http://www.arizonamainst…
That was some sweet ffmpeg shrinkage! I’m swooning.
@rajnijjer Next they’ll be telling him that a husband and wife can’t be convicted of the same crime.
@allroses I also fired off a royalty check to Pat Riley.
@allroses Good luck!
I just submitted my TechFest proposal. Here’s hoping I can threepeat™!
I’m curating a daily link blog internally at http://meetup.intranet.g…
Settling in to a nice plate of nachos. Is there any better way to close out a day?
This couple is really going to town on the dance floor. I wish I was so uninhibited (wife: take up drinking): http://twitpic.com/26c0v6
@billbrown I have no idea why it’s showing me in New River. I’m sitting in the courthouse square waiting for our reservation at Murphy’s.
@_n 91° in Prescott feels pretty sweet too.
@marcurran They won at Zonk, Jenga, and Disney Bingo. I lost at all of he above (except at Jenga, which really only has a loser).
I shouldn’t have told my wife of the sensation at work caused by my Sylvie Testud tweet. She’s threatening me with liking Kid Rock.
Family game night went nicely, even Paul was playing Disney Bingo: http://twitpic.com/25zjzp
Good explanation of Big O notation, finally cleared things up for me: http://go.me/bigO
My wife was scandalized that I find Sylvie Testud attractive. All my attestations to her own beauty are apparently now suspect.
The Friday iPhone 4 press conference is probably to announce that they’ve resolved the manufacturing issues surrounding white. #bazinga
@mwickens When it comes to speeding, I’m something of a recidivist. So yeah, I was nervous. That’s all I’ll publicly admit to. :-)
Scare of the day: a Highway Patrol car and an unmarked police car pulled up to my house and parked in front! Just coincidence, thankfully.
@marcurran You’re right: one says “It is red” and the other says “This is bread.” It’s “il” because l’oeuf is masculine.
I just checked and discovered that I’ll have been blogging at Found on the Web for 9 years in November: http://www.foundontheweb…
DRUNK HULK UNMASKED: http://go.me/AN
The eBook “jQuery: Novice to Ninja” free today only: http://sale.sitepoint.co…
@kim_mcneill So sorry to hear that. Best wishes on the tough journey ahead.
Go Daddy needs two Social Sentiment .NET developers: http://go.me/95 If you’re reading this and you know .NET, you’re probably perfect.
@allroses Sadly, it is bawdless.
@mclazarus Maybe I’ll move to that or Fraggle Rock after they get through this series.
I love tanties!
I hate POGO: http://odetocode.com/Blo…
Today is not the day in the distant future seen in Back to the Future: http://is.gd/dgEAa
@Tenure Dang, now I’m hungry (though not drunk).
Hilarious exchange: http://www.27bslash6.com…
To think: tomorrow I’ll be relaxing in cooler Las Vegas. #ocon
My disdain for downtown Phoenix gets amped as it gets close to 110°.
I recently found out that Local Notifications (one of the seven multitasking options in iOS 4) works on an iPhone 3G. Thanks, @OmniFocus!
@aaronbilger It can’t, but that’s not the point.
What an intriguing idea for a CAPTCHA replacement: http://www.lukew.com/ff/…
Oops, incorrectitude should be incorrecticity. My mistake.
For context: it was an IP address and a port number that I looked at repeatedly and didn’t catch their incorrectitude.
MAN, two transpositions in as many days. I hate it when I mess up on the little things.
